As Christmas draws near, twinkly lights and decorations here at BHT lend a warm glow to the clinic and we can’t help but fall willingly into the festive spirit. Looking back over the last year, it certainly has been a cracker… (That was the first and last Christmas joke, we promise!) …and it looks as if things won’t be slowing down any time soon. We were excited to welcome our three newest therapists, Emma (Nutrition), Jake (Acupuncture) and Anita (Counselling) to our ever growing team and look forward to them becoming familiar faces in 2014.
And as we say our hellos, we also have a very big goodbye to make. One of our longest standing therapists is leaving to set up home in the wee land of Scotland and we shall miss her greatly. Sara, we want to thank you for being part of the BHT team, you were such an asset to the clinic and we have absolutely loved having you with us. Sara will be continuing with her Hypnotherapy practice in Edinburgh so spread the word amongst your lucky Scottish friends!
Another goodbye (well only for her maternity leave) is to our lovely Acupuncturist Katy, as she leaves to start a new career in motherhood! Katy, we wish you lots of love and luck in your new adventure and look forward to seeing you back in the clinic next September.
We have attended so many great net-working events this year but one that stands out the most is Brighton’s Business Curry Club. This event was extra special as BHT were the main sponsors of the night and Sophie, BHT’s glamorous creator, faced her fear of public speaking to deliver a glowing speech about the clinic to over a 100 eager ears. We had a fabulous evening. It was great to talk to people about BHT and to raise our profile as well!
The clinic really has been growing from strength to strength and now with our brand new, shiny website we feel ready to start 2014 with a bang.
