Disabled Access
Do you have disabled access at the clinic?
We are located in a small courtyard off Fleet Street in a pedestrianised area – for stair-free access information, please take a look at our Accessibility page. The clinic and all treatment rooms are on the ground floor, and there is step-free access into the clinic.
Is the clinic accessible for wheelchairs?
Everything at the clinic is on the ground-floor level, with step-free access. There is space for you to bring your wheelchair into the treatment rooms, or to leave it in the Common Area. The widths of the doors at the clinic are as follows: Main entrance: 77cm. Bathroom: 87cm. Treatment rooms: 68cm.
Do you have a disabled access bathroom?
Our gender-neutral bathroom is spacious enough to enter comfortably with a wheelchair. However the dimensions of the bathroom mean that it is not possible to position the wheelchair alongside the toilet. The width of the bathroom door is 87cm.
How easy is it to get on and off the treatment couches?
All of our treatment couches are fitted with hydraulics, which means that they can be lowered and raised for ease of access. The width of our treatment couches is 70cm (wider than the average 63cm) and they have a weight capacity of 240kg.
We have a detailed Accessibility page, which contains more information about accessing the clinic. If you have any other questions that have not been answered here, please do ask your therapist directly.
