This month’s guest speaker is Cat Plummer  –  with a talk to help us Become a Master of Our Money. Cat Plummer is a Financial Empowerment Coach, enabling people to stop feeling scared of money, develop good habits and to understand their money mindset. Described as being “an awesome money coach” with “positive energy”, Cat’s on a mission to help us get to grips with our finances so that we can live the life we deserve.

Most of us want to have financial freedom. We want our life, our business and the work we do in this world to have purpose and meaning. We want to be of service. We want to make it count. But we also want it to be sustainable and profitable.

In this one-off talk for the Brighton Healthy Business Hub, Financial Empowerment Coach, Cat Plummer shares how she’s turned her own money story around and how it is possible for anyone to do the same. As well as hints, tips and tricks for those on their self-employed journey to gain control.

Cat will cover the following topics:
– What money mindset is and why it is so important
– Key takeaways when getting your finances organised
– The importance of ‘why’ when it comes to money
– What to do if you are struggling

At all our events we ALSO have one or two pop-up promotions (PUP’s) from local healthy business owners offering discounts and free samples to Hub attendees on the night.

Sophie Adler of SuperDoux

Joining us on the night will be Sophie of SuperDoux who provides cakes, catering and cooking lessons around Brighton and Hove. From three-tiered wedding cakes, location catering, fine dining meals in client’s homes, to running pop up vegan events Sophie does it all. She excels at making macarons, cakes and loves to cook vegan dishes and teach people how to cook healthy and tasty plant based dishes.

SuperDoux is passionate about making real food, non-processed, often plant-based and of replacing refined goods such as sugar with healthier alternatives too.

Sophie plans to bring some tasty vegan samples for us to try including some sweet goodies! She’ll also be providing tons of info and promo offers for using her services in the future, such as her upcoming workshops and pop ups.

PLUS we’ll also be welcoming.

Katie Wiggall of Katies Nuttery

Katies Nuttery is a family business based in Brighton that make high quality nut butters in small batches that they supply all over Brighton and Hove. Their nut butters are simply made with just roasted organic nuts and a pinch of sea salt. All except for their new addition, Holy Hygge, which is a more wholesome answer to Nutella. Wholesome but indulgent and very addictive indeed!

The nut butters are extremely nutritious and make you feel happy! All are made by Katie so she promises the quality is very high. A jar of KN nut butter will sustain and energise. All 7 nut butters will be available on the night plus an on-the-night promo.
