It’s Brighton & Hove Therapies’s SEVENTH Birthday and we’re growing up fast!
In that time we’ve also created a Healthy Business community with over four hundred members who have or want to grow a healthy business in Brighton and Hove.
Every other month throughout the year we host an event at B&HT where we have an inspirational speaker and a couple of local businesses popping up with their products.
With our final Hub event of the year we’re doing something a bit different and we’re having a party. Woo hoo!

Expect to find the chinking of glasses as we all have a few bubbles to celebrate our successes, as well as some festive nibbles provided by the gorgeous Anita of Youjuice Limited with a selection of natural organic cold pressed raw and vegan bites. And of course, as it’s our birthday celeb too, we’ll have a beautiful Kleen Kitchen Birthday cake.
We’ll be hosting FIVE Pop-up Promotions instead of two with lots of stocking filler ideas, plus a fabulous raffle full of products and services from local businesses, including some from our Hubbers.

Laura Hoy Essential Oil Consultant will showcase her fab essential oils (to buy on the night with discounts) and offer a bespoke blending service, where she’ll mix up some blends specifically for Hubbers in little roller bottles. Lucy Pook a Raw Chocolatier and Nutritionist creates gluten, refined sugar and dairy free products. She’ll be bringing with her a range of chocolates including her chocolate hearts that go down well as Christmas gifts. Buy three of anything on the night and she’ll give us a fourth free. Marissa Irwin Designs will be with us with her handcrafted line of jewellery using semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls and vermeil-style findings to create one-a-kind earrings, necklaces & bracelets with a 10-15% discount on the night. Harriet’s of Hove runs a fabulous plastic-free shop for food, toiletries and plastic-free accessories will be with us to promote sustainable living and show us how this lifestyle is accessible to all of us. On the evening attendees are invited to bring their own containers and take away samples of their staple products. There will be plastic-free gift ideas for Christmas, they’ll showcase their Pukka herbs range and filling any Pukka tea caddies that attendees purchase with their free loose leaf tea. All the money from the sale of the Raffle tickets will go to local charity Impact Initiatives Young People’s Centre and the raffle prizes are immense!
We will draw the Raffle tickets on the night, and even if you can’t make it, you can still join in and buy raffle tickets to win prizes. Raffle tickets are £5 a strip and are available to buy at B&HT clinic. Let us know if you want to sell any tickets for us, the more money we can raise the better!
