Hydrotherm Massage

What is Hydrotherm Massage?

Hydrotherm massage is a British design and is the first massage system in the world that enables you to receive a massage 3-dimensionally, while laying supine with no need to turn over. You lie supported by two warm water cushions face up throughout the entire treatment.

The technique involves guided stretching with massage pressure which is determined by your own body weight allowing your tension to fall into the therapist’s hands without the need to dig or delve for tension resulting in soreness.

We are currently the only centre in Brighton offering this innovative treatment.
