As a third generation Reflexologist, this ancient practice is in Isabel’s blood. She founded KIN after graduating from the London School of Reflexology and her main areas of interest are women’s health, men’s and women’s fertility, and the perinatal period.

This allows her to fully support women and couples on their fertility journey, offer tailored advice and the latest guidance around all aspects of IVF and natural conception. She can help address fertility concerns and rebalance key systems of the body that can affect the hormones.
Isabel works all the way through pre-conception, to pregnancy and the postnatal period. She has worked successfully with many complex cases and is a huge advocate for women’s health. She can also support women with PCOS, irregular painful periods, endometriosis and menopausal symptoms.
Experiencing the positive impact of Reflexology growing up, Isabel has seen its amazing power to remove blockages and activate the body’s own healing responses. She also works with people experiencing insomnia, stress and many other conditions and ailments, as well as those who just need some deep relaxation.
