Sam has always had a passion for helping others, evolving from her days coaching staff at Virgin Atlantic followed by her 15 year career as a personal fitness trainer. A self confessed ‘busy bee’, she recognises the tendency to reach burn out which has led her to create more balance in her own life and to her desire to help others do the same. It was through her career as a personal trainer she discovered that being healthy is so much more than exercise alone. She felt drawn to look at the bigger picture and study the full ‘360’ of health, taking additional qualifications in counselling, life coaching and nutrition, eventually becoming a qualified Health Coach.
These days she walks the walk and prioritises proper self-care through exercise, quality nutrition, sleep, rest and pro-active stress management. Driven by her love of living a healthy lifestyle, her clients benefit from her extensive professional experience as well her empathic and supportive approach. Sam gives her clients advice on all aspects of health and wellbeing and also specialises in stress management and weight loss.
