Laura is a sports massage therapist who aims to remove tension from the joints, provide space for the muscles, and relieve the body of pain.
No-one should feel as if their body is not working for them. Laura loves to challenge her own body physically, and understands the balance of stretching/mobility, and strength. Laura uses her knowledge as a personal trainer to reinforce the importance of good form during training, and can better understand the pressures the body can be placed under. Laura deals with all sorts of body types – from athletes to office workers, students to those suffering from migraines, and many more besides. Laura performs treatments that are personalised, provide relief, and improve functionality.
