Axelle is a mind-body therapist (Sophrologist). She helps people who experience excessive stress, burnout, anxiety, ADHD, and/or insomnia. She uses a technique called Sophrology, which integrates gentle body movements, breathing techniques, and tailored positive visualisations.
Axelle’s therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in empathy, kindness, and attentiveness. She will assist you in recognising and releasing physical tensions, emotional blockages, and mental stress. You will also learn stress relief techniques that you will be able to re-use independently at home. Sophrology is a well-known method in continental Europe, especially in France and Switzerland.
