Tailored to your individual needs we will work to positively utilise the incredible relationship between the skin and nervous system to leave you feeling blissfully restored.
What can relaxation massage be used for?
People who find that they are stressed, anxious or simply busy. We all find ourselves in situations like this at some stage. If it’s hard for you to find time in the day for yourself, if you find it difficult to ‘switch off’, have down time, or get a good night’s sleep then this treatment aims to help by encouraging rest & recuperation.
What are the benefits of relaxation massage?
Relaxing is not always as easy as it sounds. Sometimes we need a little help and encouragement. By taking the weight off your feet and flooding the brain with soothing sensation our minds have the chance to be still, reflect inward, or experience outward realisations.
In practice, all my treatments are a combination of remedial and relaxation massage. We all have aches & pains, we all have times in life where we feel the need to draw ourselves in, to give ourselves some space, and be comforted. You decide what you need based on how you are feeling and how you would like to feel.
